Russian Warships Steam For Caribbean As Ukraine Tensions Go Global
Here's a kinder gentler though parallel suggestion for Mr. Putin to consider -- and thanks to Suzu (I think) for the tip:

ReplyDeleteI'm an Aries — so it doesn't put me in a position to comment, only to be nuked — as far as game(s) theory is concerned, on the game-playing model of human behavior there is no determining, in that sense, that anything is real — what does that mean anyway, that is is it to say anything certain that anything is not real —
ReplyDeleteIt was not obvious to me to post the link to the reading (of the article) so as to make it apparent —
ReplyDeleteYou and Ron Unz are on the same page. I strongly recommend that you go to unz.com and read his article on “NATO’s Brushback Pitch” from June 3.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip!

Clarification is needed re Kennedy and the Russian missiles on Cuba.
ReplyDeleteWhen speaking to the Head of State of that nation, ie Russia, it's best to speak the unvarnished truth; which is that the Russian weapons were only placed there because the US had previously stationed missiles pointing at Russia in Turkey.
So Kruschev was only engaging in tit for tat, which nobody ever seems to mention.
A far better idea than yours, ie that Russia should drop a tsunami bomb off the coast of Britain, would be that they should do this off the coast of the US, as it was from the US that the entire problem originated in the first place, with the activities of the then Undersecretary of State for European Affairs; one Victoria "Fuck the EU" Nuland, or Nudelman as she is called amongst those who would even remotely consider her to be their friend.
Mostly "Yep."

You might check out some of my other Russia-related pieces. You can find some of them here: https://www.lewrockwell.com/author/l-reichard-white/ and here: http://goldensources.blogspot.com/2015/10/nn-list-ls-articles.html#The_Russian_Suite
DeleteI've been writing letters to Putin too, via the Kremlin website "contact" page. One thing I emphasize that you don't mention here (but perhaps will, in a letter he is more likely to actually see) is the fact that we can't seem to replace any of our warmongering "representatives" who are either owned by the MIC or by those (we're not sure exactly who they are) who have "dirt" on them and withhold campaign assistance from them unless they do the bidding of these filthy narcissistic money-masters. This inability to replace the non-representatives goes all the way to the top, unfortunately for every living thing on Earth.
ReplyDeleteI also want to mention, as a retired editor, that the sight of misspelled words in an otherwise excellent piece of writing makes me wince for the diminishing of credibility the cause for the author. I found in this piece (at least, as published on Lew Rockwell's site) the non-words "retalitory" and "beleive". (There is one instance of the correct spelling of "believe" and one of the error.) In my first reading I found a third spelling mistake that I do not find on subsequent readings, involving as I recall a missing lower case L.
Commenting anonymously I can't edit my own error which is an omitted "y" in the first sentence of the second paragraph above — "the cause for the author" s/b "they cause for the author". My apologies.
DeleteIncidentally the link to the ZeroHedge article does not work due to an inserted apostrophe before the last word in the URL. Try it. Then try it without the apostrophe, and it works.
DeleteThe link in question is for the article at https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/russian-warships-steam-caribbean-ukraine-tensions-go-global and the apostrophe was inserted before "global".
DeleteIf you'd like help with proofreading feel free to contact me at the connected address.
DeleteThe same URL error (as noted above) is also found at the top of *this* page.
DeleteFound it! The missing lower case "L" is in "especialy" where you mention "Effigy of State Blinken".
DeleteNo one I've ever taken the time to contact about any sort of error(s) in their writing has *ever* made a corresponding correction. I hope you will be the first one to do so — particularly on the off chance of V. Putin actually seeing this piece. Perfection is only a few clicks away....
DeleteHey Suzu --
DeleteThanks for your feedback and time -- and sage advice!
Unfortunately I don't have access to the files once Mr. Rockwell publishes.
However I can and did fix the link at the top of this page. Much appreciated!

Well, at least you did respond. That's different and gives me hope that our beloved language will survive! Of course, you could use my services in proofreading *before* sending articles on to Mr. Rockwell. (See the email I sent you today.) And(/or) you can ask him to make corrections on your behalf, or send him a corrected piece with a request to replace the current piece with it....
DeleteHe doesn't do corrections. Things happen a little too fast for me to keep up with your gimlet eye. Will respond to your email.
DeleteIf you're that busy then it's best to arrange a protocol in advance so it can be carried out quickly and smoothly when needed. Don't wait until you have an urgent deadline.
DeleteActually I need to engage my spell-checker software again - - -
DeleteI appreciate the poker analogy. However, I prefer the “hold ‘em if you got ‘em” approach. Putin’s game in Ukraine is attrition, waiting out the Bandera Nazis, the now unelected dictator Zelenskyy, and the feeble dog without much of a bark, NATO and its bankrupt benefactor, the United Corporate Oligarchs of America (UCOA).
ReplyDeleteIt won’t be long now. UCOA is on its last legs, the bottom is falling out, the debt will smash the place flatter than a pancake. BRICS will take over soon enough. Practically the entire planet knows the UCOA is a thief and serial murderer.
No to the nuke scenarios. There is enough radiation floating around in the wake of the open-air nuke “tests” in the 1950s. Any such demo will push the OCOA psychopaths over the edge, unfortunately, with violent mental cases such as Lindsey Graham and Tom Cotton able to rally likeminded idiots.
No, as well, to Trump. He can’t be trusted, he is not a man of his word, and his malignant narcissism is like a greased weathervane in a tornado, he can, as they say, change on a dime. He is not rational.
Consider his remark about “finishing” the Zionist genocide in Gaza. He wants the murder wrapped up, and that means accelerate the mass murder. His son-in-law is a friend to the Ben Givr psychopaths in the West Bank. His daughter converted to Judaism. Like the Mob boss (boss of the MAGAites) he is, Trump had an Iranian general assassinated while on a peace negotiation in Iraq.
No, Trump is no alternative. The only “alternative” is nothing. I will not vote, and never have, simply because we vote for our enslavement, our impoverishment, and possible extinction.
Partly yes, mostly no. But I see you maintain a rosy outlook on things, sortta like mine - - -
DeleteTrump is all of what you say however, the cabal controling Biden is
Deleteinfinitely worse. Choosing between McCain and Obama was meaningless. Not so in '24.
Listen up, shithead. Anybody that can say in apparent seriousness "...And respected Weapons Inspector Scott Ritter — I beleive [sic] you’re familiar with him..." needs a multimegaton nuclear detonation coincident with their location. Yes, I mean you.
ReplyDelete(1) Scotty is a twice convicted homosexual pederast. He shouldn't be alive. Since he unfortunately is, you most definitely shouldn't be listening to whatever crap he spews.
(2) Scotty was a weapons inspector. He has never held any command, and in particular has never held a combat command. He knows less about war than, say, Yevgeny Prigozhin - who managed to lose 20k killed and 40k wounded while taking a year to clear a town of about (pre-war) 70k inhabitants.
A nuclear exchange is on its way. Learn to enjoy it. TKO.
Ritter maintains his innocence. We should pay attention to that because he was set up by the Bush administration out of vengeance. The corruption in our justice system has gone on far longer than just the past decade.
DeleteThanks, ^^^ true and needs to be said. (I maintain an ALMOST "no censorship" policy.)
DeleteI see you don't like Scott Ritter -- so maybe you should 1. Stop being anonymous 2. prove your allegations and unsupported character assassination. 3. Present your credentials to be taken seriously then 4. Actually WATCH the linked video and 5. Pay attention to the other 98% of the piece.
ReplyDeleteWhat exactly did you hope to accomplish with your opening slur?
Dear President Putin, Strike Washington D.C. with a nuke missile small enough to destroy the city and you troubles with NATO will end, you might also wish to target a particular mansion in Martha's Vineyard to make sure.
ReplyDeleteDear L. Reichard White,
ReplyDeleteMy best wishes from rural Québec!
Very interesting letter!
Have you been able to send it to Vladimir, and did he respond in kind or at least confirm receipt?
Take care! LLAP!
Dear Vladimir Putin: It would be ill advised to detonate a nuclear weapon above large cities that would take out the electrical grid and other electrical systems that hospitals depend upon to keep people alive. That would amount to murder of civilians, a clearly immoral act.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your kind feedback LLAPI! Suzu I think (above) suggests a better way than just publishing it. Haven't tried that yet. AND thanks for the good wishes or was it an appropriate warning?
ReplyDeleteHealth, happiness, & long life,
lrw.
